The Franklin HS PTSA is a volunteer-operated 501c3 nonprofit organization.
We support programs (through funds and volunteers) that provide academic and social opportunities, teacher and staff support, and backing for student activities:
Information about events, opportunities, and advocacy at Franklin and in our community
Teacher grants to support academic programs
Student club and organization grants
Teacher and staff appreciation events
Community celebrations
Community workshops (anti-racism, curriculum night support, navigating special education, College Ready, homework support at home, etc)
This direct annual appeal fundraiser is our primary fundraiser for the whole school year. Last year we raised $11,000. This year we hope to nearly triple that amount to $30,000 so we can support more student activities, classroom needs, staff appreciation, social events and more.

Please join the Franklin PTSA Staff Appreciation Committee on Thursday, December 14 as we host a Winter Lunch to celebrate our amazing Franklin Teachers and Staff. This annual event features delicious salads and pastas catered by Tutta Bella, and scruptious homemade or store-bought sweet treats and beverages, donated by YOU, our awesome parent community. Students and teachers can be members too. You do not have to be a member to attend PTSA community meetings, events, workshops, and celebrations. Everyone is welcome.
